I have loved staying at Annoula Studios for my brief stay in Kos. Natacha and her son, Dimitris, have made me feel very welcome and at ease. The room I stayed in (room7) is generous, well equipped and the best bit - a balcony and air con! Just a dream. Will definitely book again. Situated above Anna's restaurant you are seconds from the beach and minutes from all the wonderful shops and restaurants. Couldn't recommend it enough. Thank you for making me feel so welcome.

Very welcoming and friendly, service is great. Food is excellent and very well priced with a large selection available. Complimentary sweet (pudding) I could not fault our experience here. Visited many times with consistent service. 5*.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Strand, man hört das Meeresrauschen und hat einen schönen Blick vom Balkon über das Meer. Natasha, Dimitris und George sind sehr aufmerksam und gut erreichbar, wenn man Fragen hat. Die Wohnungen sind einfach und sauber, jeden zweiten Tag gibt es frische Handtücher und Bettücher. Die Küchenzeile ist ausreichend für einen Kurzurlaub, wir empfehlen aber das gute Essen bei Stavros und der Familie unten in Annas Restaurant die uns auch immer kostenlos Liegen und Sonnenschirm gegeben haben. Wir kommen wieder!

La posizione è fantastica, si ha la possibilità di dormire cullati dal rumore delle onde che si infrangono sulla spiaggia. Sicuramente già questo vale tantissimo. Il monolocale si presenta piccolo e carino, completo di tutto ciò che serve, peccato solo che manchi la tv perché a casa mi aiuta a dormire.. per il resto il personale che gestisce la struttura è davvero molto gentile ed ospitale, proprio accanto c’è anche un ristorantino consigliato, cibo ottimo e personale cortese.

Μια φθηνή λύση σε ένα ήσυχο μέρος το δωμάτιο απλό αλλά παλιό . πάντως ήταν καθαρό και είχε αρκετά καλή θέα. Ο ιδιοκτήτης πολύ καλός.

We arrived after a fabulous mopedride. Didn't look properly at the signage and saw Anna-something and asked the bartender if we could check in. A very nice lady led us upstairs and showed us the room. Great hospitality! She even put in some extra effort to get my gf some extra blankets. Unfortunately we found out later we booked another apartment 50m across from this one. Again these pp were very nice and would recommend them for the hospitality.
